Requesting a Copy
of Your LTSP Transcript

A transcript, stamped as "Issued to Student," will be supplied without charge upon the student's graduation or withdrawal from the seminary. Additional transcripts will be furnished only upon the signed request of the student, using the Transcript Request Form. Please include any special instructions, along with payment as required, and mail to the Registrar's Office. Under no circumstances will transcripts be released if the student or former student has outstanding financial obligations to the seminary..
