Extensive enough to accommodate an awards banquet or a wedding reception for up to 240 guests, and intimate enough to host a seminar or executive conference. We offer ample on-campus parking for the convenience of you and your guests. The Brossman Center’s facilities are designed to be easily adapted to your needs.

Benbow Hall

The Center’s largest facility, Benbow Hall, offers 3600 square feet of unobstructed space that can be divided into three smaller, 1200-square foot rooms in banquet, buffet, or classroom configurations. The sense of spaciousness is enhanced by tall windows that can be opened to admit natural light or closed with built-in shades for audio-visual presentations. An adjacent kitchen provides seamless food service.

Benbow Hall also offers the latest in presentation technology, including video projection for computer display and video playback; Video and DVD with full voice reinforcement sound system; video recording; video conferencing; and assistive listening devices. For music, a baby grand piano is also available.

The Schaeffer-Ashmead Chapel

Stained glass windows, warm wood tones, exposed pipe organ, and a vaulting, 50-foot high ceiling help make the Chapel a truly distinctive space for weddings, lectures, conferences, and recitals—as well as religious services. With moveable seating, up to 200 people can be accommodated in the configuration of your choice.

Added features include a full sound system, wireless Internet, and wheelchair accessibility.

Robert Blanck Board Room

While it has been outfitted with two 61-inch plasma screens, video and audio conferencing capability, and a full sound system, the Board Room also retains the spirit of the original 1888 building with its atrium ceiling and historically-inspired windows. A handsome mahogany table provides seating for 24 people.

Martin & Vera Heineken Room

This large seminar room seats up to 45, and includes a built-in projector and screen for computer, DVD and videotape display, audio system with voice reinforcement, wireless microphones for speakers, and erasable white board.

The Hagan Amphitheater

Ideal for lecture-style presentations, readings, classes, and instructional events, this unique facility seats up to 80 people in tiered-seating encircling a central open space.

The Hagan Gymnasium

Directly adjacent to the Center itself, the 200-seat Hagan Gymnasium is perfect for children’s birthday parties and fundraising events.

Wiedemann Classroom

The Wiedemann Classroom has been designed especially for video conferencing and other group presentations with a full compliment of media and technology.
