LTSP Help Desk Request

Please use this page to submit any request for assistance with computer, network, or telephone issues. A member of our staff will contact you. (If you are not currently able to check your email, please include a telephone number in your request.) Please do not email individual staff members directly; by submitting your request through this page, you allow us to automatically make a record of it, and you insure that your request will be handled even if a particular staff member is not available.

Persons with an LTSP Email Account:

If you have an LTSP email account you may use this link to access our database and enter your request. The system will establish a helpdesk account for you the first time you login. (This initial process will take a few extra seconds so be patient.) You will need to know your username and password to use this method of making helpdesk request. Once your account is established you may login to see the status of your request or to update information.

After logging in to the database you can select "New Ticket" and then on the next page click on the subject that best represents your problem. Then complete the form and click on "create ticket" in the bottom right corner.

Click on the link above to open an email to the helpdesk. Your information will be automatically logged into our database.

LTSP periodically provides a voluntary e-Newsletter. Please share the LTSP e-Newsletter with your colleagues, friends, family, and others you think might find it useful.

Email Tools

The following tools will help you manage your Seminary-provided email account.

  • Changing Your Email Password
    If you would like to change your email password, use the webmail link below. Once you are logged in, click "Options" at the top of the screen and then click "Change Password".
  • Forward your email
    By using this option, mail sent to your LTSP account will be forwarded to an address you specify.  If you prefer to receive your email at an address other than your LTSP address, you should forward your email so you won't miss things people send to you @ltsp.edu.
  • Set an auto-reply aka "vacation" message
    This utility lets you set things up so that anybody who sends you email will receive an immediate, automatic reply.  This is most commonly used to let people know when you are on vacation or otherwise unable to read your email, but you may find it handy in other situations as well.
  • Web mail: To check mail on your LTSP email account, visit https://www.ltsp.edu/webmail. When you enter your username, do not include the "@ltsp.edu" portion!
