This page is intended to provide information about computer, networking, and telephone services available to the LTSP community and others. If you have any questions, or need assistance please use the helpdesk request option below. Helpdesk Request form, Email tools, E-Newsletter LTSP Help Desk RequestPlease use this page to submit any request for assistance with computer, network, or telephone issues. A member of our staff will contact you. (If you are not currently able to check your email, please include a telephone number in your request.) Please do not email individual staff members directly; by submitting your request through this page, you allow us to automatically make a record of it, and you insure that your request will be handled even if a particular staff member is not available. Persons with an LTSP Email Account: After logging in to the database you can select "New Ticket" and then on the next page click on the subject that best represents your problem. Then complete the form and click on "create ticket" in the bottom right corner. Persons without an LTSP Email Account: Subscribe to LTSP E-Newsletter LTSP periodically provides a voluntary e-Newsletter. Please share the LTSP e-Newsletter with your colleagues, friends, family, and others you think might find it useful.
