Asian educators gather How can theological educators best interpret the Asian consciousness
to the wider world? And how can the concerns of the Asian community
be better integrated into theological education today? These were among
questions contemplated at LTSP May 13 as some two-dozen teachers, professors
and others gathered to discuss ways to improve the multicultural perspective
of the teaching on today's seminary campuses. The daylong event was
sponsored by the new Multicultural Mission Resource Center (MMRC) at
the seminary. Its director is the Rev. Dr. H. S. Wilson, who holds the
H. George Anderson Chair for Mission and Cultures at LTSP. |
