Borsch Book-Signing

The Rt. Rev. Frederick Borsch, sitting, is signing a copy of his new book, The Spirit Searches Everything: Keeping Life's Questions for Bob Hensil, User Support Technician, in the Augsburg Fortress Bookstore today.

Philadelphia, PA (November 8, 2005) - The Rt. Rev. Frederick H. Borsch, professor of New Testament and Chair of Anglican Studies at The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, signed copies of his new book, The Spirit Searches Everything: Keeping Life's Questions, in the Augsburg Fortress Bookstore today. The book explores life's "big questions" in an inquisitive and pastoral voice and Professor Borsch takes on the matters of thinking, awareness, the fundamental quality of creation, the possibility of a Spirit of life that underlies it all, good, evil, and meaning. With openness and honesty about the roles such questions have played in his own life as a husband, parent, teacher, and bishop, Professor Borsch invites readers to engage the questions in their own life stories.
