Ellen Anderson, assistant director of the LTSP Foundation, is responsible for the annual Leadership Fund, Alumni/ae relations, and special events. As a 1995 graduate of LTSP, she served two congregations in the Northeastern Pennsylvania Synod and loved the challenges of parish ministry. But the opportunity for a new kind of ministry called, and now she is able to help the seminary establish relationships with alums and friends to help the seminary grow in its mission of proclamation and service.

Born in Michigan, raised in the Philadelphia area, educated at West Chester University and the University of Minnesota/Minneapolis, she spent 15 years in the early childhood/mental health/social work field until she entered the seminary as a second-career student. Daughters Molly, 6, and Lily, 4, keep her jumping, but also keep her "young." Now she gets to sit with them in church most Sundays. It is a joy for Ellen to once again be back at the seminary!
