As the
Registrar, René is available to help Seminary students address
the following needs and concerns: Registration (not admission!) materials;
information on courses and course schedules (current year only); transcripts
(use Transcript
Request Form); grade reports at the conclusion of each term;
withdrawal from courses; first-professional program progress; certification
of student status or degrees received; consultation concerning course
transfers and cross-registration; lists of particular categories of
students (e.g., all Lutheran M.Div. students); and other non-confidential
student records information. No appointment is required, but call if
you’re coming from a distance to make sure she'll be here. Most
matters do not require your coming to her office. The
