As the Chief Financial Officer and one of five senior officers, Curtis Haynes works closely with the President to assist with the achievement of the Seminary's mission, vision and values, and he serves in a senior policy-making capacity, acting for the Seminary President as assigned.

The Chief Financial Officer provides advice and counsel to the President and the campus community with regard to resource management and regulatory compliance. The CFO is also responsible for the leadership and management of the Finance and Administrative services, including executive guidance, direction and policy formulation for the fiscal, logistical and administrative support functions of the Seminary. Departments within Finance and Administrative services are: Business Office/Accounting; Risk Management; Facilities Services; Fiscal Operations; Human Resources Management; Planning, and Construction; Public Safety and Security; Campus Housing; and Food Services.
