When the Soup's on at the Seminary, it is presented in its many forms by Cura Services, the vendor handling the Seminary's Meals Service at the 1792 Refectory, the Seminary's oldest building. Harry Short, Food Services Manager, and Diane Koenig, Refectory host, are key members of the Cura staff. Chef Emmett Leon Nixon, Jame Boyle, Mayumi R. Dor Santor, Dave Millan and Celestina M. Panzo are key members of the kitchen crew at the Refectory. Emmett's tasty chili and ribs recipes have been filling seminarians' plates for more than 20 years.
