Carrie Schwab is the Faculty Assistant at LTSP.  She deals with a range of tasks from the daily duties of helping faculty prepare for their classes, to event planning of faculty special events.  She also assists the Latino, Metro/Urban and Multicultural Concentrations, the TEEM Program, and Chaplain staff.
 
Carrie joined the seminary staff in 2004.  Since then she has held several positions, sometimes simultaneously, around the seminary including Theological Education with Youth Coordinator and Urban Theological Institute Assistant. 

She is a native of Iowa. Before moving to Pennsylvania in 2002, she served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA with Iowa Campus Compact, advocating and assisting the participation of students, faculty, staff, and higher education institutions in public and community service. Carrie holds degrees in philosophy and communications.
