A faith journey together:
Edward Livingston

Edward LivingstonEdward Livingston believes that the Lord "purposed" that he and Emily should cross paths and become husband and wife in order that they might continue their faith journey together. He believes that the journey is "a wonderful blessing" that has made it possible for him and Emily to "answer this call together" as they are able to be uniquely supportive of each other. As part of his faith journey it was placed on his heart, he says, "to pursue theological education," and he began to seek a seminary that would meet his needs and provide the structure to develop and implement an effective ministry. He says he found LTSP to be "the best match" with the diversity, atmosphere, and "Christian example of cohesiveness and equality" he found on the Northwest Philadelphia campus regardless "denomination, gender and culture." Edward said he also discovered "the reputation of LTSP as an academic institution known for critical theological study." He is looking forward to the experiences, lessons and relationships that he will encounter in this next educational step along his journey of faith.
